Readme Plugin

The Readme Plugin enables directory-level documentation to be published as a report on a Maven-generated website. Sometimes developers wish to create readme files in certain directories to tell other developers what goes in that directory. This plugin copies those files into the maven generated site and creates an overview page showing the path and (possibly) title of each file.
